A bit bogged?
Take a load off with Bogged Brakes, a getaway to help rural blokes get unstuck.
Hey mate, do you need a break?
Put on the brakes, and take a break.
Because a tractor’s only good if it stops for maintenance every now and then.
We know how hard you fellas work and often don't take any downtime to empty your bucket. Thanks to our sponsors, we can help with that.
Run by Are You Bogged Mate?, Bogged Brakes is a program specifically designed for rural blokes to take a load off and learn new tools.
You can nominate just yourself or yourself and a mate. If you or a bloke you know are doing it tough, simply fill in an application.
Are you eligible? Applicants must be:
- A bloke
- 18+ years old
- Live and/or work in a rural area. Truckie, FIFO or DIDO worker? This means you too!
- Be fit enough to walk a couple of kilometres and climb a couple of stairs. You don’t have to be an athlete!
Not sure if you meet the criteria? Get in touch and we'll help you out.
Unwind from the grind and make mates by the campfire
With a Bogged Brakes break, you (plus a mate, if you like) can enjoy accommodation, food and a range of fun activities and adventures on the house.
It’s an opportunity for you to develop skills to un-bog yourself, get away, relax, make new friends, and build connections.
So, if you're feeling a bit bogged down, this is a chance for you to be part of a powerful weekend away.

Your application
To help us understand why you need to come to Bogged Brakes, we ask you to tell us a little bit about what is going on for you or your mate. We don't need all the nitty gritty but if you can give us some insight into why you are feeling bogged, that will help us.
